| Purchase Guarantee: | The purchase of Belisario products (Belisario Srl) is protected by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 otherwise called "Consumer Code".

| Confidentiality Guarantee: | Belisario Srl (Belisario Camicie), in accordance with Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 regarding the protection of personal data, and with General Regulations for the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR 2018) 25 May 2018, guarantees the maximum confidentiality of the data provided by the customer with the possibility of requesting their correction or deletion. All the information acquired will be used for the sole purpose of sending commercial proposals and will not in any way and in any way be transferred to third parties.

| Payments: | Payments can be made by Credit Card, Bank Transfer or PayPal.

| Prices: | All prices are inclusive of VAT with the exclusion of any customs charges. The prices of the products purchased by customers residing in non-EU countries will be automatically reduced by 22% VAT (Art. 8 D.p.r. 633/72)

| Payment security: | All transactions relating to payment by credit card are protected and guaranteed by the service provided by Banca Sella through the AES 256 bits security protocol certified by DigiCert Inc.

| Shipments: | Each shipment will be made through the couriers SDA Express Courier or FedEx Express to the address indicated by the customer.

| Delivery time: | Belisario shirts will be shipped to the address indicated by the customer within 12 working days from the receipt of the order with the exception of the shirts with handmade workings that require an additional 5 working days. |
